This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 9070 platform. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of the services provided. By registering or continuing to use this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 9070 platform — including the website, mobile application, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 9070 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be treated as acceptance of those amendments.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 9070 as the platform operator. Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the services provided. This platform is intended exclusively for users who are legally eligible within their respective jurisdictions.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any one time. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 9070 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be using false or misleading information. Users are fully responsible for keeping their account password secure and must not share it with any other party.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 9070 support team immediately. The platform will not be liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to protect their login credentials.
9070 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals or when suspicious account activity is detected. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, or market manipulation. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated software (bots), or create multiple accounts is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account termination.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 9070 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go (TNG), and other local bank transfers. 9070 does not accept payments in cryptocurrency or foreign payment methods without prior specific approval.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
- Deposits are processed instantly for most supported payment methods. Any delays caused by third-party banking systems are beyond 9070's control.
- Withdrawals are processed within a set timeframe depending on the chosen method and the user's account verification status. Completing full identity verification speeds up the withdrawal process.
- 9070 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review if suspicious activity is detected or if bonus requirements have not yet been met.
- Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policies and may change without prior notice.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate. 9070 will not be liable for any failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect banking information.
Any bonus or promotion received by a user is subject to separate bonus terms of use. Users are advised to read those terms before accepting any bonus. Withdrawal of bonus funds is only permitted once the applicable wagering (rollover) requirements have been fully met.
Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
9070 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. The platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this service, including technical disruptions, server failures, or processing delays.
In cases where 9070's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, the platform's total liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
9070 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if the user breaches any terms stated in this document, engages in fraudulent activity, or for identified security reasons. Funds held in accounts terminated due to fraud or terms violations may be forfeited in full.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact the 9070 support team. Any legitimate remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once account verification is complete.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 9070 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of 9070 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
The 9070 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. 9070 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are encouraged to review the terms and conditions of third-party services separately.
9070 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users who continue to use the platform after any changes are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to 9070's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the resolution mechanism prescribed by the relevant laws.
